ARIA LEASING REQUIREMENTS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL OF THESE QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE A CO-SIGNER WHO MEETS EACH OF THEM AND SUBMITS AN APPLIATION AND $50 APP FEE.
– Any person living at the residence that is 18 or over MUST complete an application, pay an application fee of $50 and be on the lease.
– 12 months of good rental history (if you don’t meet this one requirement, you may pay a double deposit)
– No evictions in the last 5 years
– No violent crimes or felonies in the last 10 years
– 12 months employment/verifiable income (can be more than one job as long as there is less than 30 days in between.)
– Household gross verifiable income MUST be 3 times monthly rent amount. This can be a combined income with anyone 18 & over living in household.
– Copies of most recent pay stubs/taxes proving the 3 times the monthly rent.
– Valid Driver’s License or Acceptable form of Government ID
Application Fee is $50 per application (including Co-Signer if necessary.) Check or Money Orders ONLY to be made out to Aria Real Estate Group. This is NON-REFUNDABLE!
Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent and must be paid in certified funds only (Money Orders or Cashiers Check ONLY) and will be made out to Aria Real Estate Group
All pets are subject to approval. Each pet (after approval) requires a $300 ($150 non-refundable) pet deposit and will require an additional $25 per month pet rent. Pet Deposit can be paid out in monthly payments with rent.
