A Norman native, Teddi began her career in Property Management while attending the University of Oklahoma in 1992. Hired as a Leasing Agent, her dedication allowed her to quickly move into management status and at the young age of 24 was overseeing all operations of the largest apartment complex in the state of Oklahoma. In 2007, after spending 16 years with one company, she left her position as Vice President of Property Management which included a management portfolio of more than 60 multi-family communities and 150 employees throughout the state. Having maximized her potential in certain aspects of the industry she decided to move into other areas of real estate and over the last 8 years, Teddi has become well versed in military housing, senior housing to include independent and assisted living centers and most recently home owners’ associations. In 2016 she obtained her Real Estate License and very much enjoys working with buyers and sellers as a REALTOR®.
In order to be closer to home, Teddi chose to join our team in April 2014. In addition to running the day to day operations and all financial aspects of Aria Real Estate Group she oversees the residential portfolio we manage for our investors as well as working closely with the Boards and Developers of the HOAs located throughout Norman and the OKC metro.
A lifelong member of First Christian Church, Teddi and her husband of over 20 years have three children and reside in Norman.

She currently manages approximately 290,000 square feet of commercial property including retail, office, medical, and executive suites. Her strong work ethic and willingness to always go above and beyond in customer service, makes Melissa one of the most successful managers in her industry. One of the many aspects Melissa enjoys most about working with Aria is the opportunity to build relationships.

A small local hometown girl with strong values, family first way of life and hard working is the best way to describe Courtney. She lives in the house built by her grandfather, the same house where her parents raised her and the house she and her husband Art are raising their two young boys in. Courtney is dedicated to providing a wholesome and natural way of living for her family. Art and Courtney garden the same spot started by her grandparents and raise cows, chickens, pigs and goats using the same farm and equipment used by her grandparents and parents before her. There is no truer definition of family values and commitment than Courtney. She believes in fresh homegrown food, dinner at the dining room table and enjoying time on the porch with friends and family.
Courtney began working at a local laboratory when she was a young teen and continued working her way up in the company for 20 years. She supported her staff with strong leadership skills and always made sure she brought humor and of course good home cooking into the workplace.
Courtney brings to Aria her dedication to family, her love of hometown and the belief that hard work pays off. She is dedicated to helping every client solve everyday issues and achieve success.
April is a transplant to the Oklahoma City area. She has lived in Norman for almost 5 years and considers this area her home. She previously worked for a commercial airline, based in St. Louis, Missouri, in the scheduling department. There, she was involved in overseeing the day to day operations and logistics of schedules for over 300 crew members. While working for the airline she met, and later married, her husband of twelve years. They have three energetic children who attend a local Elementary School and participate in the Norman youth soccer league. April was a stay at home mom until recently when her youngest began full day kindergarten. Recently she joined the Aria Group, and found her perfect fit working with the HOA management team.
Varhonda was born and raised in Los Angeles, California but visited family in Oklahoma every summer. She instantly fell in love with the people and the beautiful, spacious green landscape Oklahoma has to offer. Finally, in 2006 she sold her house and decided to call Oklahoma her home.

Her experience in taking care of countless patients over the years has trained her to give the same care and concern for every client she works with. Whether she is helping clients find their first home or their dream home, negotiating the best price, staging, or marketing, her attention to detail allows her to give her clients superior service.
Varhonda and her husband live in Midwest City and enjoy spending time with their large blended family. When she’s not working with clients you can find her helping at her children’s high school or vacationing someplace warm and beautiful.
Denise has recently joined Aria Real Estate as an administrative assistant, due to our growth in property management. She has always had a passion for real estate, her experience beginning in Hampton Roads, Virginia. She developed this interest through her family, as her Grandfather was a home builder, emerging a curiosity from a young age. She later developed a hobby for drawing floor plans and in her return to Oklahoma had the privilege of building a custom home, bringing her ideas to fruition. She enjoyed the building process and learning the various intricacies of each phase, valuing this experience to offer the best service to Aria clients with the management of their properties.
Although she grew up in Oklahoma, she spent over fifteen years as a military wife and enjoyed raising her children living in various states, including Alabama, Tennessee and Virginia as well as three years in Germany. Returning back home to Oklahoma she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Museum Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has two children Lindsey and Zachariah, son-in-law, Cody, and granddaughter Brantley. She appreciates the simple things in life, cookouts with family and friends, football and time at the lake. Denise loves the music and art community of Norman and attends church at St. Thomas More.
